What We Provide
The home doesn’t just look gorgeous, we’ve also provided the practical items needed for a relaxing family vacation, including:
- Self check-in with a digital door lock.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- 100% cotton bed linen and towels.
- Toiletry items including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap.
- Living room has a 65″ 4K TV with high-quality Dolby Atmos surround system.
- All TVs have Disney+ to watch your favorite movies.
- Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 3 has an additional fold-away bed stored in a closet, providing a total of 3 twin beds.
- For younger guests there’s a crib, pack’n play, highchair, and stool and potty-training seat in the family bathroom.
- The pool is saltwater, so kinder to your skin than chlorine and without a chemical smell.
- The pool can be heated on request for an additional fee.
- An online guidebook explaining about the home, plus some suggestions of where to visit.
- And for those rainy days, continue the fun in the games room in the converted garage.

- White bed linen and towels are OEKO-TEX certified to be free of harmful chemicals.
- Shower heads and faucets are low-flow water usage.
- Lights are LED.
- AC and heating are controlled by an Ecobee digital thermostat.
- The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap provided are plant-based, cruelty-free, and paraben and sulfate-free.
- Laundry detergent is plant-based and hypoallergenic.
- Consumable paper products are ‘Climate Pledge Friendly’.

"We LOVED this house!! We’ll never stay anywhere else in Florida again. This is a gorgeous house, in a quiet neighborhood, with more privacy than you’ll find anywhere else. The house was super close to the heart of it all (but still tucked away) and you couldn’t ask for better hosts! Chiaki and James made sure we had everything we needed and more. They provided great resources, immediate responses, and checked in more than once to make sure everything was running smoothly. My family of five was looking for a place to unplug and unwind the week, so we didn’t do any of the main attractions but we were close to them all. We loved every minute of our stay - and barely left the house. I’ll be recommending this place to all my friends and family!"
